NCP IS THE FIRST Cannabis NATIONAL ELECTORAL PARTY

As a party, we work together, state by state, jurisdiction by jurisdiction, and hand in hand with the people and for the people. We work with community leaders, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and civic and social organizations to help shape laws, regulations, and equity empowerment for all.

CANNABIS IS THE PEOPLE'S PLANT!  WE ARE THE PEOPLE'S PARTY!  WE SUPPORT CANDIDATES WHO SUPPORT CANNABIS!

The development of the industry has been propelled by the leadership of medical professionals, business consultants, legal advisors, accounting firms, independent industrial standards bodies, ancillary product and service providers, state compliance departments, researchers, and the will of the people.

We need laws that champion the operation of small, legacy, and social equity entrepreneurs. Laws that mandate fair and equitable taxes. We support laws that make it financially feasible to provide fairly priced products for patients and lower-income residents.  There is a need for laws and regulations that foster safe and compliant operations that do not inhibit viable sustainability. We Must go Forward! Not Backwards!

NCP IS THE FIRST NATIONAL CANNABIS ELECTORAL PARTY REGISTERED WITH THE FEDERAL ELECTIONS COMMISSION.

As the National Cannabis Party establishes and optimizes its organizational infrastructure, it will undoubtedly add  committees  to focus on the mounting areas of opportunity to affect policy reform while fostering and solidifying industry sector engagement, and equity empowerment for all.

The National Cannabis Party (NCP) is a federally recognized political party organized to aid and support the creation of jobs for non-partisan research and development of cannabis within the United States.

Our mission champions common-sense regulation of cannabis into our society through education, scientific advancement, and economic growth.

We are dedicated to endorsing political candidates that support an end to the prohibition era of cannabis running for state & federal office.

We define endorsing as promoting and supporting political candidates that have the following political views:

1) Supports medicinal and/or adult cannabis reform.

2) Support ending cannabis prohibition at the Federal and State level.

3) Support reform for the progression of hemp.

4) Support expungement of past cannabis convictions and releasing prisoners of the War on Drugs.

We focus on the fair and socially equitable distribution of education, resources, and opportunities for consumers and entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry.
